April 18th STS New Driver Training Course - HYBRID

  • This comprehensive STS training course covers essential topics for safe and effective passenger transportation. Participants receive instruction in ‍ First Aid, Abuse Prevention, Passenger Assistance, and Child Passenger Assistance. Designed to reinforce safety, compliance, and best practices, this training ensures drivers and attendants are fully prepared to provide high-quality service to passengers with special transportation needs.

  • This is the hybrid option, which allows participants to take part of the training online, limiting in-class time. Abuse Prevention, Passenger Assistance, Child Passenger Restraint, and First Aid are offered online. Defensive Driving is taught in person on Saturday.

  • The online portion must be complete at least 24 hours before the in-person course. Participants who fail to complete the online coursework prior to the in-person class will NOT be refunded nor will they receive certification.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the in-person course to receive a full refund. Cancellations can be made via email or by phone.
